Construction starts on Landshut’s largest boarding house

Munich, March 21, 2022 : The RESIDIA Group is building a boarding house with a total of 225 rooms, which is let to the FirstSleep Group on a long-term lease. The property is located in Landshut West, right next to the Landshut Park shopping center in the Münchnerau business park and is ideally connected to the A92 freeway and the city center.

Construction has already begun and work is proceeding according to plan. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2022 and the operator will be able to welcome its first guests from January 2023.

The project is being realized as part of a joint venture with K&K Immobilien GmbH.
