Munich, February 10, 2025 : The Berlin-based Homaris Group will operate another serviced apartment building in Munich. The company is leasing the Munich-based Residia Group’s hotel project at Aschauer Strasse 20 in Munich-Obergiesing. A hotel with 223 rooms is planned for the site, which is expected to open in 2027. Construction work is due to start this year.
