RESIDIA Group sells commercial real estate portfolio in Taufkirchen near Munich

The properties being sold are located in the center of Taufkirchen directly at the S-Bahn stop. In total, this part of the Eschenpassage offers approx. 7,000 m² of commercial space, consisting of retail, clinic, medical and office space.

Munich, April 26, 2018 : “We acquired the properties from an institutional investor in 2015, systematically developed them further and have now successfully sold them to a Munich family office. We currently have several large and really interesting projects in the pipeline in Munich and the surrounding area, such as a new office building with approx. 18,000 m² in Ingolstädter Strasse and a residential project with approx. 90 units in the Munich area, which we will now focus on,” says Werner Mürz, owner of the RESIDIA Group.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction was brokered by Colliers International. The seller was legally advised by the law firm ZIRNGIBL Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB
