An investment company sells an office property in Munich with the involvement of the RESIDIA Group.

Built in 1990, the office property with approx. 3,000 m² of rental space is directly adjacent to the Baumkirchen district development, where Art-Invest and CA Immo, among others, are realizing mixed-use project developments on the 130,000 m² former site of the Munich 4 railroad depot.

The district has two bus lines, an all-day streetcar line, an underground line and an S-Bahn line.

Munich city center can be reached in less than 15 minutes by train and less than 10 minutes by car thanks to car connections.

The property with office and boarding house use was almost fully let at the time of sale.

It was the first acquisition in Munich for the buyer, the Munich real estate start-up brandhochzwei.

The transaction was accompanied by RESIDIA Real Estate Consulting GmbH – a company of the RESIDIA Group. Legal advice was provided by ZIRNGIBL Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB, with Colliers International München GmbH acting as intermediary.
