Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton in Ingolstädter Strasse handed over to tenant Primestar Group

Munich, March 21, 2022 : Munich Hotel Projekt GmbH & Co KG, a joint venture consisting of the RESIDIA Group and Lambert Immobilen, successfully handed over the hotel complex in the north of Munich to the hotel operating company Primestar Group in March.

The modern hotel complex with a total of 650 rooms, consisting of the two brands Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn Express, is one of the largest hotels in Munich and is located at Ingolstädter Strasse 44 in the immediate vicinity of the Munich North business district.
