Joint venture between RESIDIA Group and Munich Hotel Projekt GmbH buys the Fashion Atrium in Munich. Buyers want to develop the property further / Further acquisitions planned in the Munich area.
Munich, January 30, 2017– The Fashion Atrium in Munich has a new owner: a joint venture between the RESIDIA Group and Munich Hotel Projekt GmbH has acquired the commercial property in the north of Munich. The property at Ingolstädter Strasse 44 comprises around 8,700 square meters of lettable space and is located along the Frankfurter Ring in the immediate vicinity of the BMW Group and the Euro Industriepark.
It is a mature location with further potential. Currently, almost 50 companies, primarily from the fashion and textile industry, are based here. “We are planning to develop the property further,” says Werner Mürz, Managing Director of the RESIDIA Group. The company has also announced plans to purchase further properties in the Munich area. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The buyer was legally advised on the purchase by the law firm Zirngibl.
